What is 4SiteCreation?
4SiteCreation provides you with the choice and flexibility
to create an e-commerce engineered website with an intuitive
Authoring and Management tool. With 4SiteCreation there
is no need for you to know HTML, or any programming
language - if you can fill in a form and click on Design
Options you can build your online website or e-commerce
store in minutes.
What kind of service do you offer?
The 4SiteCreation service includes hosting of your website,
and access to 4SiteCreation, a website authoring tool
that allows you to modify your website at any time.
What is a website template?
4SiteCreation has purposely built templates that create
a professional look and feel for your business. These
designs would cost hundreds of dollars to commission.
The templates can be changed at any time.
Do I need to purchase any hardware or software?
No. 4SiteCreation is a server driven application, which
means that you log into the application with a login
ID, and Password. All you need is an Internet Connection
and the Browser you are currently using.
Do I need to know HTML or any program language?
No, you only need to point and click with your mouse
to fully create and manage your website.
What is a web site address, URL or Domain name?
A website address or URL (Uniform Resource Locator)
is used to identify and locate your website pages on
the Internet. Computers use Internet protocol (IP) numbers
to locate each other on the Internet (much like telephone
numbers). These are hard to remember. Simple web addresses,
such as www.yourcompanyname.com, are used instead and
linked to identify Internet IP addresses.
What technology does 4SiteCreation
use?
We based our foundation on IBM Hardware Products and
Sun Microsystems and Java Software. Our Java service
based software ensures security and delivers a robust
solution to your company's web development and hosting
needs. Our technology allows 4SiteCreation to be expanded
and have new features added at any time, without taking
the system off-line.

How many pictures can I place on my website?
The number of pictures, text items and pages depends
on the package that you have chosen.
Can I customise my website?
Yes, you can custom upload your company logo, product
images, change page buttons, text, links and all aspects
of the website.
Can I upload graphics or animated graphics on my
website?
Yes, you may use any GIF (gif) or JPG (jpg) image on
your website. 4SiteCreation makes it easy. All you need
to do is locate your file on your hard drive and upload
to your website using the 4SiteCreation tool.
What if I want to change
my website design after it has been published to the
Internet?
4SiteCreation will allow you access to your website
at any time from any computer. Just login and if you
want to change anything you can - 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
Where do I go to manage
my website?
4SiteCreation has its own website where you can add/delete/update
information and alter your design. Go to www.4sitecreation.co.uk
and login with your own unique login ID and password.

How much will this all cost me?
Please take a look at our Pricing Schedule. Our monthly
plans for hosting are economical, value packed, and
may include registration of your company's own unique
Domain Name.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a cheque for the initial fee and we use direct
debit for the hosting fees.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
Our services are based on quarterly payments for a minimum
of 12 months. You may cancel your account at your discretion
but you will remain responsible for the balance of the
12 month hosting fee.
What do I need to start?
You will need some basic information on your company:
Business Name, Address, Phone and Contact Numbers, Email
Addresses, and your ABN or ACN. You will also need to
nominate a bank account for the direct debit payments.
Will I receive a tax invoice every month?
No, you will be sent a quarterly invoice for your hosting
fees via email.
How do I cancel my SiteSTART subscription?
To change your subscription at any time, email info@sitestart.com.au
